York For Groping A Woman (Video)

Academy award winning actor, Cuba Gooding Jr, was
perp walked in New York yesterday, after turning himself in on
charges that he groped a woman at a bar this past Sunday night. An
embarrassed and handcuffed Gooding was perp walked in front
of the cameras. He was fingerprinted, had his mug shot taken and was
criminally charged in the case. Gooding was charged with third
degree "sexual abuse" and "forcible touching." He has entered a not
guilty plea.

Gooding is 51-years of age. The alleged victim is
29. They met at a roof top bar in Manhattan. Gooding was said to be
inebriated. Gooding's attorney Mark Heller is attributing the sexual
assault claim to jealousy from someone seeking their proverbial
15-minutes of fame. He is referring to the incident as a "false
claim." Heller also stated the club is "well endowed with videos"
that he states works in Gooding's favor. Considering the
circumstances, using the words "well endowed" is bad choice of
words, bro.
An embarrassed Cuba Gooding Jr being perp walked. His voice
cracked as he briefly responded to questions from the press with a
few words.
Despite Heller's claims of video evidence
exonerating his client, police used CCTV footage
from the club to lay the groundwork for the charges against
Gooding. The New York Times is reporting Gooding is seen on the
footage groping the woman who filed the police complaint against
him. The video circulating online shows Gooding touching the
woman's thigh and breast. She pushed his hand away. The New York Times is also reporting police are investigating a second sexual assault claim against Gooding, which occurred in
2008, regarding another woman.

Cuba Gooding Jr. Surrenders to Police to Face Groping Charge
in New York
June 12, 2019 - Cuba Gooding Jr. voluntarily
surrendered to the police in New York on Thursday and was charged
with groping a woman’s breast at a rooftop bar last weekend. Mr.
Gooding, 51, walked into the Police Department’s Special Victims’
Division in Harlem on Thursday afternoon and left two and a half
hours later in handcuffs, escorted by detectives.
Jenna Long, an assistant district attorney, said at
the arraignment that Mr. Gooding was charged with sexual abuse and
forcible touching in the third degree. The top charge carries a
maximum penalty of one year in jail. The incident allegedly occurred
on Sunday night at Magic Hour Rooftop Bar, an expensive lounge at
the Moxy NYC Times Square hotel in Manhattan...
