Country Music Singer Mindy McCready Found Dead Of Suspected Suicide

Troubled, drug and alcohol addled country music singer, Mindy McCready, was found dead of an apparent suicide. She was 37 years-old. It is also being stated she killed her dog as well. McCready, who enjoyed a string of hits a decade ago, was distraught over the suicide death of the father of one of her children, David Wilson. Her downward spiral began due to drugs and alcohol, after very troubled teen years spent prostituting herself.

McCready became the subject of scandal when news of her affair with married baseball player, Roger Clemens, hit the press. She struggled for years as her career declined and fell deeper into substance abuse as a means of escaping the pain. Intensive rehab was in order, but it is something that was not in her plans.
