This news is both tragic and a point of concern, as the government is rolling out plans to reopen America, after one month in a partial lockdown. Select beaches in Florida were reopened today. Protests were held in several U.S. cities, after President Donald Trump, called for the public to "liberate" states in America.

The main motivation for plans to end the lockdown at this juncture, despite the fact 4,500 Americans died yesterday of the coronavirus, is the economy, which has taken a massive beating. Prior to coronavirus, the U.S. economy had record low unemployment and the stock market hit many highs. Over 15,000,000 people have filed for unemployment financial assistance. A number of businesses have closed. America has hit Great Depression era figures in select areas of the economy.
