Suge Knight's Legacy Of Strong Arm Tactics, Violence And Murder Halted In Lengthy 28-Year Prison Sentence

September 21. 2018

Suge Knight

This week, 53-year-old Suge Knight’s acts of vehicular assault in the 2015 murder of Terry Carter and wounding of Cle Sloan, culminated into a 28-year prison conviction on a guilty plea. Knight took this option rather than face life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Knight has been terrorizing the music industry and Hollywood since 1991. Rapper and music producer Dr. Dre, real name Andre Young, founded Death Row Records and used Knight, a Bloods gang member, to violently get him out of his recording contract with the rapper Easy Z and his partner, Jerry Heller. Knight showed up at the Ruthless Records office with fellow gang members in tow, brandishing weapons, bats, pipes and chains.

In a separate incident, Knight also attacked the top selling rapper of the day, Vanilla Ice, in what is standard music industry aggravated stalking, harassment and intellectual property theft. Knight and his fellow thugs stalked and menacingly confronted Vanilla Ice at numerous locations in Los Angeles, which constituted several crimes. They repeatedly did so on several occasions.

During one of the stalking incidents, Knight and 6 of his thugs attacked Vanilla Ice in his suite at the Beverly Hills Bel Age Hotel, after breaking an entry (another common practice in Hollywood by greed, lawless stars and executives). Knight and his fellow thugs grabbed Vanilla Ice by his ankles and swung him upside down from the 15th floor balcony.

They threatened Vanilla Ice that they would kill him by letting him go, allowing him to plunge 15 stories to his death, if he did not sign contractual paperwork, handing over royalties and other intellectual property rights to the massive hit song “Ice Ice Baby.” Vanilla Ice agreed in order to save his life and signed over $4,000,000 in copyrights and royalty shares to Suge Knight and Mario La Vell Johnson, whom Vanilla Ice stated had nothing to do with the creation of the song “Ice Ice Baby.”

The music industry has a very serious and sick problem with criminally stealing copyrights. They will resort to death threats, acts of attempted murder and in some cases murder. They are despicable. I and others have been subjected to these vile practices that break scores of U.S. and international criminal laws, constituting serious felonies.

Los Angeles Police Department investigator Russell Poole, also stated Knight commissioned the shooting death of police officer, Kevin Gaines, who was dating the Death Row CEO’s estranged wife, Sharitha Knight, during their acrimonious separation. Knight destroyed his marriage with acts of repeated domestic violence and cheating with groupies, prostitutes and singers.

In acts of jealousy, Knight repeatedly targeted rap rival, Sean “Diddy” Coombs, who is the founder of Badboy Records. Knight commissioned and waged acts of assault against Coombs’ associates in the music industry, even beating one and making him drink urine.

For many years, people in the entertainment industry have stated Knight had a hand in the 1997 murder of rapper the Notorious B.I.G., real name, Christopher Wallace. It proceeded the 1996 murder of Knight’s former recording artist, Tupac, who died in the same manner as Notorious B.I.G., in an unprovoked drive-by shooting.

Knight owed Tupac $20,000,000 in royalties he refused to pay, which some in the industry have cited as motive. Tupac was in the process of leaving Death Row Records and at the height of his fame, when he was murdered. Tupac’s bereaved mother slammed Knight and sued him for the millions in royalties owed to her son’s estate. She won the case.

As Knight began losing his grip on Death Row Records, Dr. Dre tried to leave. Unable to convince the co-owner and main music producer responsible for the label’s hits to stay, Knight and his gang members armed with weapons they brandished, showed up at Dr. Dre’s house, while the producer’s wife and kids were also at home.

They threatened Dr. Dre, forcing him to sign over all his rights to Death Row Records and its intellectual property. The company was making $100,000,000 million per year and based on Knight’s evaluation, worth $1 billion dollars. Dr. Dre signed over all interests in Death Row Records, in exchange for his life and that of his family.

Not long after, the label collapsed due to the U.S. government moving in on Knight regarding tax evasion. Knight bragged on MTV that Dre was a fool for walking away from a $1 billion dollar company. It got the IRS’ attention and they crushed Knight. Knight went bankrupt, losing the label, his mansion, (stolen) copyrights and bank accounts in a bankruptcy sale.

Based on things being said behind the scenes in the music industry, Knight is accused of commissioning a number of assaults and murders of entertainers and executives. He is also accused in the industry of stealing copious amounts of intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks ect). However, he was never brought to justice for any of the crimes, as witnesses were too scared to testify. On a positive note, as mentioned above, he lost everything he stole.

The FBI, who received credible tips about Knight, ignored them, as they wanted Tupac silenced, due to his ties to the Black Panther Party. The FBI has waged a war against the Black Panthers for decades, even framing some members for serious crimes they did not commit (Tupac's godfather Geronimo Pratt, among others).

Tupac was too outspoken for the FBI’s tastes and they were glad to be rid of him for reviving interests in empowering black people in America. The FBI also turned a blind eye to Notorious B.I.G.’s murder, as he and Coombs were trying to financially empower blacks in America and gaining influence in doing so.

I remember watching a documentary where rapper Lil Cease, the cousin of the Notorious B.I.G., stated the FBI came up to him in a manner that alarmed him. He stated FBI agents showed him a photo of himself sitting in the Notorious B.I.G.’s living room and he wondered how they secretly took the photo. They asked him a series of questions he did not like. This was before the Notorious B.I.G. was murdered in an attack the FBI knew was coming.

In closing, Hollywood is run by organized crime. Knight was one of its most violent figures. The industry is still being run by organized crime in the form of the crazy cult Kabbalah, who call themselves "the Illuminati", and are connected to the mafia. However, with Knight’s lengthy prison sentence, there is one less criminal wreaking havoc in an industry they do not belong. The entertainment industry used to be about talent making good music, films and TV shows. Today it has become a crime syndicate run by cultists who are child molesters, rapists and murderers.
