Disgraced hip hop mogul, Sean
"Diddy" Combs, 54, has been denied bail for a third
time in his sex trafficking, drugs and illegal guns
criminal case in New York. Sky News is reporting the
denial of bond in the case was, "Appealed to the 2nd
US Circuit Court of Appeals on30 September after two
judges rejected his release." Diddy has credibly
been accused of terrible acts of violence and the
government deems him a flight risk.
On Friday, a three panel appeals
court, headed up by Judge William J. Nardini denied
Diddy's request for bond. Therefore, Diddy is slated
to remain behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention
Center in Brooklyn pending trial in 9-months on May
5, 2025. If there are delays Diddy could be in jail
for a year. Due to the sheer volume of charges and
their magnitude, Diddy could get life in prison.
