The criminal trial of singer, D4vd, 22, has been postponed for a few months. The delay is to grant the defense more time to go through the mountain of evidence submitted by the prosecution to support their case, charging D4vd with molesting and murdering 14-year-old girl, Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who ran away from home to live with him in the Hollywood Hills..

The prosecution presented items which revealed not only did D4vd know Celeste, he also knew she was 13-years-old when they began having sex. Police had informed D4vd of her age the first time she ran away from home and they retrieved her from his property.

Even more incriminatingly, Celeste even replied to one of D4vd's text messages to her by stating, "All we do is have sex and just hang out man. I want more than that for myself." D4vd did not even dispute the message. Police also found copious amounts of child porn on D4vd's mobile phone. The prosecution via their indictment and supporting evidence has sufficiently illustrated that D4vd is a pedophile and predator.

There is also another item being discussed in the case. The coroner could not determine if Celeste was pregnant at the time of her death, meaning they could not rule it out. It presents a likelihood. The manner in which it was phrased on her death certificate gives the impression that she may have been pregnant when she was killed, which could also be motive for the murder. D4vd dismembered her body. He insanely did a vivisection and removed the limbs and head. Celeste's body was found in the trunk of D4vd's car in two bags.

Celeste's family stated they did not consent for her to travel or live with D4vd. They stated they were never paid any money by him in exchange for their silence about the criminal sexual misconduct that was transpiring against their underage relative. Celeste ran away from home twice. The first time she was reported missing, police went to D4vd's house and retrieved her. However, when she ran away again, it was for the last time, as D4vd killed her for being a threat to his burgeoning music career and the millions he began making.

Celeste expressed in messages she was tired of him sexually imposing himself on her and was threatening to go public with it. D4vd clearly feared ending up like disgraced singer R Kelly, who lost his career, freedom and fortune over repeatedly having sex with minors, which is statutory rape. Kelly infamously raped and beat up 15-year-old singer, Aaliyah, and impregnated then married her behind her parents' back. The late Aaliyah's parents had the marriage annulled when she was 15-years-old.

Rather than take his punishment like a man, D4vd killed Celeste in brutal fashion via two stab wounds. She died in terror and pain. The evidence is overwhelming and he must be made to legally pay for this crime for the rest of his life, by spending it behind bars in a harsh federal prison.
