Woman Kidnaps 6-Month-Old Baby And Burns Him Alive

25-year-old Felicia Marie-Nicole Smith was arrested for kidnapping 6-month-old Levi Cole Ellerbe and burning him alive. The toddler was airlifted to the hospital but succumb to his injuries and died. Smith and an unnamed assailant reportedly beat and maced Levi's mother, Hanna Barker, in Natchitoches, Louisiana.

As police looked furthered into the case, they arrested Barker as well. Police now state Barker and Smith knew each other prior to the baby's death. Authorities believe Barker played a role in her child's death. As such, Barker has been arrested on one count of principal to first-degree murder.

According to the Louisiana State Fire Marshal’s Office, 23-year-old Hannah Barker, the infant’s mother, is the second person arrested in connection with the baby’s death. Barker told police that men banged on the door of her trailer the night of July 17 and sprayed her with pepper spray. She said she fled the trailer to get away from the men, and when she returned, her 6-month-old son, Levi Cole Ellerbe, was gone...
