Woman Drugged And Raped On Dance Floor In Atlanta Night Club

An awful video is circulating online of 21-year-old woman, Jasmine Eiland, being raped in the Atlanta night club Opera. Eiland’s drink was spiked and she was raped in a dark area of the dance floor. Eiland teafully cried for help as she was being penetrated by the rapist, but was not heard over the loud music. The horrible incident was caught on video on her Instagram and Facebook pages. It has since been reposted on social networking, but should be deleted. It is horrible.

Many online contacted Atlanta police to complain about the video they saw online of the rape. Police commented on the video revealing they have opened a criminal investigation into the rape. Authorities in Atlanta released a statement on the incident, "Early Sunday morning, APD began receiving calls about a Facebook Live video that appears to show a woman being sexually assaulted in a local nightclub. Our Special Victims Unit made contact with the victim today, and an investigation into the matter has been opened. The investigation continues."

Facebook Live rape allegedly takes place at Atlanta nightclub

22 hours ago - A young woman was enjoying a night out at an Atlanta nightclub when things took a turn for the worse. The woman, who can be seen dancing with a man and enjoying her night, was then allegedly drugged with a drink and sexually assaulted on the dance floor of the nightclub. Rolling out reached out to the Atlanta Police Department, who responded with the following statement:

“Early Sunday morning, APD began receiving calls about a Facebook Live video that appears to show a woman being sexually assaulted in a local nightclub. Our Special Victims Unit made contact with the victim today, and an investigation into the matter has been opened. The investigation continues.”...
