Why Won't Some Judges Follow The Law May 28. 2009
I am genuinely dismayed at the fact numerous judges refuse to follow the law. It is the equivalent of refusing to follow instructions. If a person doesn't follow instructions, they are branded unwise. The Constitution is a fair and sensible document, yet a number of judges have violated it, in trying to make their own laws from the bench. How arrogant! Once again, why can't you follow instructions, meaning the Constitution. To say you won't follow and observe the Constitution, the U.S. Code and international treaties the government signed, in your rulings, is to state you think you are better and greater than the country. I've got bad news for you, you're not that smart. What makes you think you're better than everyone else that you can fling the law out the window and substitute it with your own opinion. You disgrace the judiciary when you do that. And don't think no one's watching. Someone's always watching - whether it be the press, public or both. |
