In light of the vast, unruly government spending, squandering and stealing of taxpayer money, numbering in the billions, exactly who is monitoring government spending. Whoever they are, they're doing a very poor job, with emphasis on the word "poor" as that is where this is headed. Where is the accountability in government Obama promised.
