The FBI is reporting they arrested a man that robbed a bank…wait for it…and wrote the demand note on his pay stub. Of course, said pay stub contained all his personal information, leading the Feds right to him. FBI: Bank robber wrote demand note on paystub Thomas Infante is charged with bank robbery and accused of gross stupidity. The FBI says he handed the teller a demand note written on the back of his pay stub before making off with $400 last week in Chicago. AP reports that the misspelled note said: "Be Quick Be Quit. Give your cash or I'll shoot." "The second half of the pay stub, which contained Infante's name and address, was discovered outside the bank and was apparently discarded by Infante as he was fleeing," the Bureau says in a statement. |
