Vlogger Countersued Cardi B Over
Defamation Lawsuit
May 16. 2019
Cardi B
Rapper and former stripper, Cardi B, sued pregnant
vlogger, Tasha K, and her friend, Starmarie Ebony Jones, for
defamation of character, regarding a string of videos she posted
online. Tasha accused Cardi of being a bad mother and having the
sexually transmitted disease herpes. Cardi has petitioned the court
to remove Tasha K’s videos, which the vlogger states are protected
by free speech and free press laws in America.
Tasha K is not taking it lying down, unlike Cardi’s
cheating husband Offset (ok, bad joke LOL). She has
countersued Cardi for $1,000,000 citing slander. Tasha K contends
that she is now the subject of death threats from the rapper's fans
and had to flee her home, due to Cardi suing her and going public
with the matter. Tasha states in her countersuit that Cardi B’s
lawsuit is causing her stress and depression during her pregnancy.
That is not good, as it could cause fetal distress (harm to the
unborn baby).
Tasha stated in her countersuit, “Cardi B began to
publicly defame Ms. Kebe, referring to her as ‘this blogger lady’ by
stating that Ms. Kebe makes up fake stories; harasses all of Cardi
B’s friends; constantly stalks Cardi B; falsely claims that she has
legitimate sources giving her information about Cardi B; uses Cardi
B’s name for ’click bait’; and many other false accusations.”

daughter, Kulture
Here’s the thing about the lawsuit and countersuit,
each woman has to prove their allegations, which could get tricky.
For instance, Cardi is going to have to prove she does not have
herpes. Tasha’s lawyer could also demand Cardi undergo STD medical
testing with the doctor of their choosing. However, the judge would
limit the scope of the tests to herpes, if the matter got that far
in court.
Writers do not have to give up their sources, as it
is a process protected by law. However, Tasha may have to cite
examples where she dropped an exclusive on her You Tube channel
about Cardi B and it turned out to be correct, as the rapper, via
the text in her lawsuit, has rubbished the claim the vlogger has
sources.
For example, I deliberately drop copyrighted, time
stamped exclusives on this site
all the time and have accumulated nearly 350, where items I wrote
and published first were later proven 100% true and correct by
government reports, congressional hearings, world developments,
public scandals and confessions. Writers who are constantly proven
right via exclusives, logically have unimpeachable sources, which
indicates they are reliable and telling the truth in articles.
Tasha K
Whether Cardi is a bad mother is subjective,
but a lawyer can state many things in court about her
constantly using profane language, releasing explicit
Instagram videos, being arrest for assaulting two women and
her husband’s serious, repeated run-ins with the law, to
question the couple's parenting, by stating the child is in
an unwholesome and unstable environment.
It would be easy to infer that Tasha K is
experiencing fetal distress, due to the lawsuit and death threats,
as it would give any pregnant woman feelings of anxiety and being
unwell. Can Cardi prove Tasha has been stalking her friends. Can she
produce affidavits to that effect. Can she produce witnesses to be
deposed on said claims. There are a lot of questions to be asked
regarding these two lawsuits.
