Britney Spears is still slamming her dad for trying to organize her crazy, chaotic life. Not only did she mock him in a damaging documentary, she is now complaining in court that he is too overbearing. Well, if you weren’t so insane, maybe he wouldn’t have to be.

Spears wants her old life back of going clubbing at night and taking her children out in the day – the same existence that got her slammed by the press and the public – as it was dually destructive and dangerous.

Kabbalah is back in her life again according to reports and they, like a stereotypical sick cult, want full control of her life and can’t have that with her dad and a conservatorship around.

Britney Spears was suicidal and reckless before her dad got her psychiatric and medical treatment. They put her on a structured plan that is supervised by the courts.

If she is unwise enough to come out from under that and undo everyone’s hard work in trying to get her back on her feet, she deserves the fall that will inevitably follow it.

Britney Wants Daddy to Lay Off

...We're told Britney has been fighting with her dad quite often and one of the sore subjects is the dreaded Adnan. Britney wants to see him, but Jamie absolutely refuses. She is still in touch with her douchy ex, but they haven't spent time together -- even though Brit has been asking to see Adnan for months.

She's also been complaining that daddy won't let her go out, especially when she wants to go clubbing at night. Britney also doesn't understand why Jamie won't let her take the kids out during the day.

Bottom line -- she doesn't like her dad as her conservator, but as someone put it, "she likes others even less." On Friday, we're told Britney was complaining about Jamie in court to the Commish -- to the point where she called Brit into chambers with one of the lawyers and spoke with Britney for 45 minutes.

So here's what we're told. Britney is acting like a 15-year-old and isn't very "contrite" about the behavior that led to the conservatorship in the first place...

Britney Spears Mocks Dad Jamie In Documentary

Britney Spears takes a friendly swipe at her father Jamie in her new fly-on-the-wall documentary - by mocking his gestures and actions in front of a group of pals.

The Toxic superstar took time out from filming her Womanizer promo to entertain friends with a satirical take on her beloved dad - who was named as the conservator of the singer's estate following her public meltdown earlier this year (08).

In the footage, filmed for Spears' tell-all MTV documentary, Britney: For The Record, the star makes fun of her dad's phone manner and his behaviour when he gets stressed with her.

Performing in front of pals, Spears puts on a strong Louisiana accent, saying, "Britney, now get your a** in here, you sit your a** down!"
