Tiger Woods Ex-Girlfriend Drops Fraudulent Lawsuit Against Him

Tiger Woods and Erica Herman
This is a follow up to the article "Tiger Woods Ex-Girlfriend Files
Exploitative Lawsuit Against Him For $30 Million And Access To His House."
Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, has
dropped the frivolous lawsuit against him. The Guardian
in London
reports, "According to court documents obtained
by the New York Post, she has dropped the suit as
she appeals against a judge’s ruling that she must
follow a non-disclosure agreement she signed with
Woods in 2017."
Herman now has to pursue the matter
in arbitration which favors Woods. Herman violated
their agreement. She also made the unbalanced and
dubious claim Woods told her that she could live in
his massive Florida mansion, worth upward of
$100,000,000, for 6-years after they break-up. Which
man do you know who says something like that.
When people break-up they don't want
someone lingering in their home for 6-years. I don't
believe Woods told Herman this. She has no proof of
him saying so or promising this in writing.
Furthermore, why would you make such a request. It
says you do not love the person and have been dating
them for their money.
It's just proof that she never loved
Woods. She was with him for the money and fame. To
go to such extraordinary lengths to state the man
sexually harassed you (as that was the only way you
could sue him in Florida court) while you dated him
for 7-years, even accompanied him and his children
to the White House of all places, says you lack
morals, are lying and will do anything for money, even
try to ruin a
man's reputation to get millions of dollars you
didn't earn.
The man gave you a luxury lifestyle
for several years. He took you into his mansion in
the richest place in Florida (which wasn't a good
idea). He took you to high end places you otherwise
would never have been. He paid all your bills. He
gave you a job. When he ended the relationship
because you clearly have issues, he even gave you
$2,000,000, and this is how you repay him, by lying
he engaged in "sexual assault and harassment"
against you, and stole $40,000 from you, when he's a
billionaire. Some women are dangerous.

Woods.

Herman filed the lawsuit against
both Woods and the trust that owns his $54 million

amid unspecified allegations of sexual harassment.
She requested in March to be removed from the NDA,
saying Woods was wrongfully using it against her and
citing a federal law that prevents the enforcement
of NDAs in instances of sexual assault and
harassment...
