TI Arrested For Making A Scene Outside His Wife Tiny’s Gated Community While Drunk May 19. 2018
TI's mug shot Rapper and reality star TI, real name Clifford Harris, was arrested outside his wife’s gated community in Atlanta, Georgia. TI and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, are currently separated, due to TI’s constantly cheating. The final straw was TI openly cheating with Instagram models Analica Chavez and then Bernice Burgos, who tried to defend this indefensible behavior. TI and Tiny share three children. Tiny has a child from a previous relationship. TI has three children from previous relationships. Security called police and had him arrested for repeatedly yelling at the guard and refusing to leave the premises, when initial attempts to contact his wife's home to gain entry proved unsuccessful. Reports indicate TI became belligerent when security did not recognize him and refused to let him into Eagles Landing, but briefly relented.
TI and Tiny The guard contacted police stating he felt threatened. TI was threatening he would comeback regarding the guard and did just that. After gaining entry, TI got out of his car, walked back up to the front gate and began behaving in a confrontational manner with the security guard, indicating intoxication. Reports state TI began cursing and threatened the guard in stating items such as, "Come outside so we can deal with it." While in lock up, TI angrily questioned police, demanding to know why he was arrested. However, he was arrested due to public intoxication, making terroristic threats and disturbing the peace, which are criminal offenses. You cannot challenge a security guard to a fight and while displaying the signs of intoxication. This is unlawful, antisocial behavior. TI was charged with "simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness." TI's friend, who was in his vehicle, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
