The Press Begin To Guess Osama's Successor

May 3. 2011

Osama Bin Laden and Ayman al-Zawahri

The world press is actively guessing, who will be Osama Bin Laden's successor as Al Qaeda chief, now that the terrorist has been killed and dumped at sea by U.S. forces in Pakistan. Speculation is rife in an uncomfortable guessing game, which serves as a terrible reminder the conflict is not over.

Anwar al Awlaki reportedly survived military strikes on his home. How come his clothes are so well pressed and sparkling and he is on the run.

Many are stating it will be Osama's second in command, Ayman al-Zawahri, who is probably senile of a mature age. It seems to me, Anwar al Awlaki, has been Al Qaeda's most useful and effective asset, turning a number of once docile university students into misguided, brainwashed, cold-blooded murderers, waging Jihad in the world.
