Sony Music Released Fake Michael Jackson Music Performed By An Impersonator August 24. 2018
Michael Jackson Sony Music Entertainment has been releasing fake Michael Jackson music since the time of the singer's death from a pharmaceutical drug overdose. The posthumous Michael Jackson album released in 2010 contained lead vocals performed by someone else, but it was billed as the deceased singer, which is fraud. Jackson’s fans complained from day one that the album contained fakes, but Sony refused to admit what they had done. The songs “Breaking News” “Monster” and “Keep Your Head Up” are not Jackson, though they appear on the posthumous album, with the tracks credited to him as the lead vocalist. Jackson would have been appalled. What a fraudulent thing for Sony to do. Sony lawyers admitted in court in a lawsuit filed by a fan that the lead vocals “may have turned out not to be” him and “it turned out that these songs were sung by a Jackson impersonator.” Now that the story has gone public, Sony is trying to backtrack on what they stated in court records. I know all about Sony. It's one of the most fraudulent, deceitful, thieving companies in history. It is literally a criminal enterprise with no morals or decency. Jackson despised them. They despised him as well and had a hand in his demise. They are not above committing fraud. They do so on a regular basis. Using an impersonator to sing lead on Jackson songs was a foul thing to do to the fans. STORY SOURCE Michael Jackson 'may not have' sung lead vocals on posthumous tracks 24 August 2018 • 8:33pm - When an album of previously-unreleased songs from their hero Michael Jackson was released a year after his death it seemed, some astute fans feared, too good to be true. Today, it appeared those suspicions may not necessarily have been unfounded, as a record label was caught up in an extraordinary dispute over whether three songs were really performed by the late singer himself. A court case, revolving around the release of posthumous album in 2010, saw a fan of the singer take on Sony Music Entertainment, alleging songs on the record were not sung by the late artist. After enlisting the help of a forensic audiologist, she took the case to court claiming 'Breaking News', 'Monster' and 'Keep Your Head Up' had been falsely promoted... Sony Music Responds to Claims in 'Michael' Lawsuit: 'No One Has Conceded That Michael Jackson Did Not Sing on the Songs' 8/24/2018 - A Michael Jackson fan's lawsuit claiming that the vocals on three songs from the posthumous 2010 MJ album Michael contained lead vocals by someone besides the late King of Pop took another twist on Tuesday during a hearing in Los Angeles. Contrary to a number of reports claiming that Sony Music "admitted" that three of the songs -- "Breaking News," "Keep Your Head Up" and "Monster" (feat. 50 Cent) -- had vocals that were not MJ's, the law firm representing Sony Music and the Jackson estate said in a statement that the hearing was about a different matter. "No one has conceded that Michael Jackson did not sing on the songs," read the statement from attorney Zia Modabber of Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP obtained by Billboard. "The hearing Tuesday was about whether the First Amendment protects Sony Music and the Estate, and there has been no ruling on the issue of whose voice is on the recordings." The class action suit in question was filed in 2014 by Jackson fan Vera Serova against Sony Music; estate co-executor John Branca; MJJ Productions; the song's songwriters/producers Edward Cascia and James Porte; and their production companies... |
