Singer Trey Songz Hit With Restraining Order For Beating Up And Choking One Of His Girlfriends

R&B singer Trey Songz has been hit with a restraining order by attorney Lisa Bloom, alleging he punched and choked one of his girlfriends. The unnamed woman ended up in the hospital with injuries to "her face, arm and back." The incident occurred at a rented house in Los Angeles over the All Star Weekend in basketball, on February 17, 2018. Songz invited the unnamed woman to a pool party at the rented house. During the course of the party, Songz saw her flirting with another man and flew into a rage.

Bloom stated in her court declaration on behalf of the woman, "He called her names, choked her and repeatedly punched her in the face. Several people were present and no one helped her. When she took out her phone to call an Uber to get out of there, he threw her phone off a cliff to prevent her from leaving. She took out a second phone and he threw that off the cliff as well."

Sadly, Songz is no stranger to trouble. He was accused of rape. Songz was also embroiled in the murder suicide of actress Stephanie Moseley and her husband Earl Hayes, named as the adulterer having an affair with the married woman. Hayes found out and shot Moseley dead. Then turned the gun on himself. Songz was arrested for damaging music equipment and throwing items at a police officer, injuring the cop. Songz toured with fellow domestic violence abuser, Chris Brown, who was hit with restraining orders on behalf of ex-girlfriends Rihanna and Karrueche Tran. However, the tour was plagued with problems.

The accuser filed a police report following the February 17 incident in which she claims she was choked and punched by the recording artist. ourt ruling: Trey Songz has been ordered to stay away from and have no contact with a woman who claims he assaulted her on February 17 in LA, leaving her bruised and battered.
