Roger Clemens Indicted For Lying In Congress August 19. 2010 Roger Clemens Former baseball player, Roger Clemens, has been indicted by the U.S. Federal government, for lying in Congress, during a heated exchange that damaged his legacy. Members of Congress repeatedly pressed him for answers, regarding alleged steroids use and each time he denied their claims.
