Robin Thicke Under
Criminal Investigation For Abusing His Son

ex-wife Paula Patton
Recently divorced, drug
addicted, alcoholic singer, Robin Thicke, is in the midst of
a bitter custody battle with ex-wife, actress, Paula Patton.
Thicke is now also under criminal investigation by the Los
Angeles office of the Department of Child and Family
Services (DCF) for physically abusing his 6-year-old son,
Julian Fuego Thicke, who always looks so sad in pictures.
Julian complained to his
teacher at school of pain and stated his dad is punching him
very hard. The teacher had the matter referred to DCF.
Julian also told his mother the same thing and pleaded with
her not to tell anyone. Thicke has denied the allegations,
but when a child complains in this manner and also pleads
for secrecy, it is a telltale sign something is wrong.
Patton stated in court
papers that are a part of the custody case, "Robin
Thicke engages in corporal punishment amounting to physical
abuse, which has left Julian fearful of his father...his
dad punches him so hard, but
never where someone can see."
Patton further attested in court documents,
"I received a call from Julian’s school...from the Principal
and Mediator...they advised as to comments and statements
Julian made to them about the way Thicke hits and punishes
him in private. I confirmed that I had been hearing the same
things, and that I did not know how to handle and was very
concerned...The principal and mediator called Department of
Child and Family Services on January 4, 2017 to report their
concerns about Thicke’s abuse of Julian."
Another of Patton's serious and saddening
allegations states, "Thicke has 'spanked … yelled at … and
grabbed Julian by the neck before' and that she’s
'concerned that Thicke is engaging in alcohol and drug use
while Julian is in his custody' and that Thicke once 'came
to Julian’s kindergarten graduation...clearly
intoxicated...at 8:30 a.m.'"
Thicke illogically
retorted in court papers his wife has made these allegations
because she was not invited to his dad's funeral, as the two
hated each other, "Paula did not have a positive
relationship with my father. As such, she was not welcome at
his funeral. It is my belief that Paula only wanted to
attend because it would have resulted in additional public
exposure for her."
Robin Thicke and son Julian Thicke
It does not change the
fact the boy complained to his teacher of pain, stating his
dad is punching him. He repeated the same to his mother. A
parent can lie, as has been illustrated in other court cases
(and I am not stating Patton is lying). However, why is a
6-year-old telling people his dad is beating him up and it
is causing him pain, if it is not true. Something is wrong.
Punching and grabbing a child by the neck is not discipline,
but abuse. Thicke needs to stop abusing his son. What if one
of the punches causes internal bleeding and it leads to the
boy's premature death.
Thicke is out of
control. No one should be punching a child and or grabbing
them by the neck. That is outright abuse. The Judiciary
Report is of the belief Thicke should be restricted to
supervised visits with his son, as he is an admitted cocaine
addict. He is also a alcoholic. An inebriated person is not
in charge of their faculties and due to an altered mental
state from being high, can harm or neglect a child
endangering their safety.
It is absolutely
baffling that the judge presiding over the case is allowing
Thicke unsupervised visits, endangering an innocent child,
by placing him in the care of a raging drug addict and
alcoholic, with anger management problems. Thicke is lashing
out under addiction and anger over the fall of his career
and end of his marriage. He is taking it out on his son.
Thicke is a liar and has
proven he cannot be trusted, especially when he is high.
Thicke admitted in court under deposition that he was high
out of his mind on cocaine when he took credit for the
copyright infringing song "Blurred Lines" which
neither he nor despicable, chronic thief and so-called
producer Pharrell Williams wrote. The beat and melodies were
stolen from Marvin Gaye's "Got To Give It Up" (whose estate
sued them) and the lyrics were stolen from one of my
preexisting songs called "Blurred Lines" registered with the
Library of Congress
in 2005, 8-YEARS prior to the infringing 2013 song by
Thicke.
