Robert Mueller Witness In Russia Collusion Probe Arrested On Child Porn Charges In New York

George Aref Nader was a witness in the failed Russia collusion probe of former FBI Director turned Special Counsel, Robert Mueller. Nader was arrested today in New York on child pornography charges. Nader was arrested at John F. Kennedy International Airport for “transporting visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.”

For months it was stated in the press that Mueller’s key witness in the Russian collusion case is a pedophile. However, his identity was not disclosed for a time. When the controversial Mueller report was made public, Nader’s name appeared “in nearly four dozen footnotes, including reference to his interviews with special counsel investigators, and other materials, like his emails and text messages.”

Nader is also a convicted pedophile, who pled guilty to child porn charges in 1991. This is more proof of how desperate Mueller was in his failed Russian collusion case, after deceiving members of Congress, the media and the public that he had massive amounts of evidence against Trump.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys do not use convicted criminals, especially pedophiles, as witnesses, as they will be immediately discredited by the opposition on that basis. It will be stated in court that they are not credible witnesses. The case was shoddy from the start, as the whole case was based on a discredited, unverified dossier paid for by Trump’s political rival, Hillary Clinton.

They wasted $30,000,000 on a failed probe, where they used a discredited report that is hearsay, as the basis for the case, with a convicted pedophile as the main witness. No prosecutor worth her or his salt does something like this. I stated from day one the case would fail and it did just that.

It’s not a matter of taking any political side. Prosecutors know the rules of the court. For Mueller to have proceeded along this sham of a path was foolish. However, it is more proof Mueller is of the belief the law and the rules of the court do not apply to him or the FBI. I saw him in action at the FBI and from start to finish, Mueller and his agents broke every law on the books. As I have repeatedly reiterated on this website, “You can’t break the law to uphold it.”

Former key Mueller witness George Nader arrested on child pornography charges

News 4 hours ago CNN — George Aref Nader, who was a key witness in special counsel Robert Mueller's Russia investigation, was arrested on child pornography charges Monday in New York, federal prosecutors announced Monday. Nader was arrested upon arrival at John F. Kennedy International Airport for "transporting visual depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct." He previously pleaded guilty to the same charge in 1991, the Justice Department said. If convicted, he faces a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 40 years.

Nader was charged by prosecutors in Virginia, but made his initial appearance before a magistrate judge in Brooklyn on Monday. US Magistrate Judge Cheryl Pollack postponed a decision on Nader's bail until Tuesday in order to give Nader's attorney additional time to provide details of a proposed security arrangement that can accommodate what the attorney said is his client's serious medical condition.
