On February 13, 2019 Robert Mueller-Owens
physically tackled an 11-year-old black girl and ripped braids
from her head. Mueller-Owens, who was a guest of President Obama
at the White House in 2016, due to work he had allegedly done regarding
"restorative justice" is principal of the Whitehorse Middle
School in Madison, Wisconsin.
Reports indicate the little girl and her friends
had sprayed perfume on themselves in the bathroom. When they
went to class the teacher, Barbara Pietz, complained of her
allergies being irritated by the perfume. When the teacher
questioned the class regarding who was wearing the perfume, no
one would answer. The teacher called for Robert Mueller-Owens,
who unethically and aggressively targeted an 11-year-old black girl.
Mueller-Owens pushed the 11-year-old girl out of
the classroom, shoving her into lockers. He is accused of tackling the
girl and ripping out her braids. The child stated Mueller-Owens
began punching her in a space outside the classroom (which is
out of the reach of CCTV cameras). The child's mother stated, another teacher had to throw herself over
the child to stop psychotic Mueller-Owens from attacking the
11-year-old any further in the hallway, as seen on school CCTV
cameras. However, he is
oddly claiming he fell on the child. Then, how did her braids get
ripped out of her head. The child now has bald spots. How did
she end up with a split, bleeding lip.
Mueller-Owens is lying about his illegal, abusive behavior.
The unnamed child came home to her mother crying
over the horrible incident. The child's mother, Mikiea Price,
filed a complaint with the Madison Police Department. Price and
stated of her daughter, "She was crying and her lip was cracked,
bleeding and she handed me three of her braids that were pulled
out from her scalp. . Just the whole experience is just
traumatic and devastating and just confusing. I'm just disgusted
at this whole incident. You know I send my kid to school to
learn, and that's a place where mothers send their kids to be
comfortable in. I just feel violated in so many ways that...this
even happened to her."

The mere fact Mueller-Owens got physical with a child in
yanking her out of a classroom and throwing her onto lockers, says
he is a child abuser. Teachers are not permitted to throw kids
against lockers. That's physical abuse. He attacked a child. He
should at least have the decency to admit what he did was wrong. His behavior is evil. This huge man physically assaulted
an unarmed, defenseless little 11-year-old girl, then tried to
pretend he was in danger. He is a criminal. He clearly
felt she had no rights. Only arrogant racists do things like
that. The child did nothing wrong, but was brutalized by a bully
and thug with no respect for the law.
As for the teacher, Barbara Pietz, so because you
refuse to take
an antihistamine like the rest of the planet with allergies (I
take them for my allergies), you called a vile man, who is
allegedly a principal, to brutalize a young child. Exactly what
was the logic in that. So if you go on a train or to a public
concert and someone has perfume on, you're going to call for a
man to come beat them up too, rather than doing what most allergy
sufferers do, in taking an antihistamine. You both need to be
fired and barred from working with kids again. You both deserved
to be sued in civil court and prosecuted in criminal
proceedings.
The irony is the Madison Police Department is
behaving in a questionable manner. The child's mother stated on
the issue, "The police told me
that I said that I didn't want to press charges, and that's not
true. I never said that. That's the whole point of me calling
the police. I told (the police officer) I wanted to press
charges, and when I told him that he turned around and told me
(Monday), if I press charges on the teacher then my daughter is
facing charges as well for disorderly conduct."
The police and prosecutors decided not to pursue
criminal charges against Mueller-Owens, in a school district
where there have been a number of complaints regarding black
students being attacked and discriminated against by faculty. That is vile and should be a terrible wake up
call to all parents of color all over America. A child was
physically assaulted by a principal for wearing perfume, when
using fragrances is not a crime or against school rules. He
begins acting like a maniac raised in a barn by attacking the
defenseless, much smaller child, leaving her with visible
injuries, but she is supposed to face criminal charges for
getting beaten up and he skates. How
corrupt, unjust and insane. As the phrase goes, "The inmates are
running the asylum."

Friday after viewing the video to ask why Mueller-Owens had not
been arrested. “The police told me that I said that I didn’t want to press
charges, and that’s not true. I never said that. That’s the
whole point of me calling the police,” Price said. “I told (the
police officer) I wanted to press charges, and when I told him
that he turned around and told me (Monday), if I press charges
on the teacher than my daughter is facing charges as well for

Whether it’s through wishful thinking or willful ignorance,
MMSD fails its students
Recent trend of racist incidents in MMSD schools shows need for
immediate, drastic reform within the district
Mar 4, 2019 - The Madison Metropolitan School District has a problem with
race. This is not to say that one or two teachers in the district
have a problem with race — although, given recent events, this
is likely true. Rather, the district’s administration has
created a culture which fosters racism on every level.
MMSD’s policies perpetuate discrimination within its schools,
and the assault of an 11-year-old black student by an
administrator last month is merely the latest symptom. While
Superintendent Jennifer Cheatham is publicly apologetic, her
open letter to MMSD families fails to provide real solutions to
the issues at hand.
Currently, an educator at Whitehorse Middle School is on
leave after punching a student and ripping three braids out of
her head. The educator in question, Rob Mueller-Owens, is known
for his work in restorative justice, and in 2015, attended a
conference organized by the Obama administration in Washington
D.C. on reforming school discipline.
Nevertheless, when an 11-year-old girl refused to leave a
classroom after spraying too much perfume, Mueller-Owens chose
to respond with fists. It is difficult to imagine race was not a
factor in Mueller-Owens’ judgment — Mueller-Owens is white and
the student is black...

22 February 2019 - An educator in Madison, Wisconsin, has been put on leave
after a student claimed he shoved and punched her and pulled out
three braids of hair from her head. Robert Mueller-Owens, 52, an administrator and positive
behavioral support coach with at White Horse Middle School in
the Madison Metropolitan School District, allegedly attacked the
student on February 13, WISC news reports.
'Just the whole experience is just traumatic and devastating
and just confusing,' Mikiea Price, the student's mother said on
Wednesday. 'I'm just disgusted at this whole incident.' Price said her daughter called her last week claiming she had
been jumped by her teacher, and when she arrived at the school,
her daughter was holding three braids allegedly ripped from her
hair, had a cracked, bleeding lip and was crying.
The 11-year-old student claimed Mueller-Owens shoved her,
then punched her and at some point ripped out three of her
braids. The bald spots seen here are where the braids allegedly
had been attached before being ripped out Mueller-Owens, as the dean of students, apparently had been
called in to deal with Price's daughter and another student who
had sprayed too much perfume or body spray and refused to leave
the classroom. While surveillance footage from outside the room has not been
released to the public, Price and her Pastor Marcus Allen,
relayed what they saw.
'A big tall man and an 11-year-old girl being pushed from one
classroom to the other side of the hallway and then falling on
top of her,' Allen said of the video. 'It's a very disturbing
sight to see.' The video does not show what happened before the hallway, but
Price told WISC news that her daughter said Mueller-Owens asked
her step out of the room and she initially refused. He then told
the rest of the class leave...
