Rihanna Gets Tattoo Parlor Fined

Rihanna’s attempts at becoming an unlicensed tattoo artist, got a New York tattoo parlor in a lot of trouble with the local government.

She unlawfully tattooed three of their patrons. This unlawful conduct drew a $200-$2,000 fine from the city, against the establishment and bred bad publicity, for allowing an unlicensed tech to tattoo people.

Diseases such as herpes, HIV and hepatitis can spread in that environment in this manner and is not advisable.
