A few days ago, Power 105 radio DJ Charlamagne ripped Chris Brown’s girlfriend, dancer and model, Karrueche Tran over a simple statement she made on Twitter. Tran posted a photo of herself when she used to work at a clothing shop in Los Angeles and did styling work on the side.

Tran stated online regarding her photo from a few years ago, "This was me at work before my life became crazy. Working at Lisa Kline on Robertson and styling on the side. I miss this girl sometimes." Charlamagne branded Tran the "Donkey of the Day" for the statement on social networking.

He stated on the air, "She is in need of a reality check. That girl still exists, and that her life is not crazy. Rihanna’s life is crazy. Chris Brown’s life is crazy. You just happen to be a part of those lives for a moment. Don’t get that twisted with you being actually famous. Being caught in a love triangle with famous people doesn’t make you famous. Whatever attention you did receive you need to be grateful for because when you’re thankful for the little things in life, you will be blessed with more. So instead of complaining, embrace it, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll get put on the cast of one of these Love and Hip-Hop shows."

Like it or not, Tran is famous. Millions of people around the world know who Tran is due to her relationship with Brown. She has received a number of modeling jobs as well, further getting her name and face out there, whilst increasing the contents of her bank account.

Notable companies are sending Tran free clothes and product samples with the hope that she will wear, use and endorse them in public and online, due to her popularity, as she has many internet admirers. Tran is also regularly featured on the blogs, which reach hundreds of millions of people collectively. Therefore, she’s famous. People know who she is, so once again, she’s famous.
