A decision is expected today in the Proposition 8 case, which bars gay marriage in California. Hedonistic Hollywood is leading the charge for gay marriage, which is a sin in God's sight. As such, the Judiciary Report does not support gay marriage.

Such important decisions should be the choice of a statewide or nationwide vote - not rest squarely on the shoulders of one judge of a group of Supreme Court Justices. That is a national imbalance of power. No one person should have that much authority.

The Judiciary Report hopes this case will not be open to corruption, as it is already defying the will of the people that voted against gay marriage in California. Essentially, what Hollywood seeks is to overrule and destroy the will of the people, in conduct not befitting a democracy.
