Priscilla Presley Files Lawsuit
To Take Control Of Late Daughter Lisa Marie
Presley's Estate Due To Alleged FraudJanuary 30. 2023
Lisa Marie Presley
In the 1960s and 1970s the late
singer, Elvis Presley, who died in 1977, was the
subject of massive financial exploitation. Elvis had
many number one songs and movies that were box
office hits, but he was nearly bankrupt when he died
at age 42.
Colonel Tom Parker, a man who bought
the military title, and took half of Elvis'
earnings, despite the fact he never wrote Elvis'
songs and films, nor did he set foot on stage, ran
him into the ground. When Elvis' health was failing
due to traumatic brain injuries, and his addiction
to drugs damaging him as well, Parker didn't care,
and demanded Elvis be on stage no matter what. Elvis
had a payroll of $500,000 per month and kept
performing, though he was very sick, to pay people,
such as Parker.
Lisa Marie and Elvis
When Elvis died he left his estate
to his 9-year-old daughter, Lisa Marie Presley.
There was not much money in the estate, but the
house Graceland and its accompanying acreage in
Memphis was (and is) valuable. Elvis' name was (and
is) also valuable, which permitted Lisa Marie, via
her mother Priscilla to make financial deals. The
estate grew in value to over $100,000,000 due to
licensing deals Priscilla made.
When Lisa Marie turned 25-years-old
she inherited Elvis' estate. However, once again,
standard Hollywood greed appeared regarding the
unscrupulous, thieving degenerates, who populate the
industry. In her final years Lisa Marie revealed she
lost many millions due to her business partner
engaging in illegal conduct that plundered Elvis'
estate.

Now they are robbing Elvis' estate
in death as well. A new report alleges fraud has
been committed regarding Lisa Marie's will.
Priscilla was removed as trustee of the estate under
highly questionable circumstances.
Yahoo News reported, "In the
document obtained by Yahoo Entertainment, Priscilla
asked a judge to determine the validity of the trust
provision. The matriarch claims Lisa Marie's
signature on the 2016 document 'appears inconsistent
with her usual and customary signature. 'The
amendment was apparently never notarized and
Priscilla alleges the document was never delivered
to her as required by the terms of the 2010
arrangement. The matriarch says the date on the 2016
amendment is suspicious. It also apparently
misspells Priscilla's name. Priscilla wants the
court to restate the 2010 trust."
Why would Lisa Marie, who was close
to her mom Priscilla, misspell her mother's name and
in such an important document. It has the appearance
of fraud.

Presley's estate despite Riley Keough being named
trustee

- Priscilla Presley believes she should be in charge
of daughter Lisa Marie Presley's estate — but a
legal document filed seven years ago suggests that
wasn't what the singer-songwriter wanted should she
die. It's the latest twist in Lisa Marie's
complicated financial history.
Lisa Marie, the only child of Elvis
Presley, passed away on Jan. 12 after suffering
cardiac arrest. On Thursday, Priscilla, 77, filed
paperwork challenging the authenticity of a 2016
amendment seemingly made by Lisa Marie that removed
her as trustee. In the purported amendment, Lisa
Marie named her adult children, daughter Riley
Keough and son Benjamin Keough, as successor
co-trustees and removed Priscilla and her former
business manager, Barry Siegel, whom she appointed
in 2010. Benjamin died in 2020, so, per the
amendment, Riley would be the sole trustee.
