Hunter Biden, the son of U.S.
President, Joe Biden, is costing his dad support due
to criminal behavior. Previously on the site I wrote
about a plea deal concerning Hunter falling apart at
the last minute (Hunter Biden Plea Deal Falls Apart
In Tax Evasion And Illegal Gun Possession Case (Video)). Last
week Hunter was hit with criminal charges for
illegal gun possession and the IRS tax case is still
pending.
This marks the first time the son of
a sitting president has been indicted on criminal
charges, marking a new low for the Biden family.
Selling access to the White House is a shameful
crime and one that has become synonymous with the
Bidens. How embarrassing.
Hunter has now sued the IRS in
federal court, which is a bold move for someone who
has been accused of engaging in criminal
pay-for-play schemes and not paying the correct
amount of taxes. Hunter filed the lawsuit on the
alleged basis whistleblowers violated his privacy in
ratting him out to the IRS. Hunter, his uncle James,
and dad Joe are suspected of raking in over $1
billion dollars in pay-for-play schemes.
Hunter, a crack smoker, who by his
own admission does cocaine every 15-minutes, is of
the misguided belief he is being unfairly targeted
for criminal prosecution, when the public has seen
evidence of him breaking the law, via the leaked
contents of his infamous laptop, which he has
admitted to owning. Hunter's admission is
self-incriminating and proves the late Whitney
Houston right, "Crack is wack." For a
lawyer, Hunter isn't too bright. His admissions keep
getting him into criminal trouble.
Federal Judge Christopher Burke has
ordered Hunter to appear in criminal court for
arraignment on the aforementioned guns charges, as
he stated in a ruling, "Any other defendant would be
required to attend his or her initial appearance in
person. So too here."
Hunter purchased an illegal weapon
in 2018 and lied on the paperwork regarding his lack
of sobriety. The criminal charges against Hunter
include making false statements on a federal
firearms form, and possession of a firearm to a
prohibited person, as he is a crack cocaine addict.
If convicted Biden potentially faces 25-years in
prison.
