U.S. President Joe Biden is running out of time. In less than one year his main handler, Barack Obama, is going to have to prop him up for the 2024 presidential election (and he's just not ready). Biden is looking more feeble than ever and faces stiff competition from younger men with sharper minds, from both the Republican and Democrat parties.

Not only is time running short, the economy is exposing the fact that Biden's presidency has been a disaster. Inflation is still very high in America, which is the most pressing issue among voters. This cannot be ignored.

Try as he may, Biden and his administration have not been able to fix the inflation issue and this month it cost them the House of Representatives (and the Senate as well, but through cheating they were only able to take one of the two houses, as so many people voted against his failed agenda). The Biden administration knows the real numbers and are alarmed. Hence the change in their tone.
