Obama Puts Vacation On Hold

U.S. President Barack Obama, has put his Christmas vacation on hold, due to controversy in Congress. The first family left ahead of the President to vacation in Hawaii, where he often spends his holiday breaks.

Congress is in chaos, over a number of initiatives that have passed, such as the $1 trillion tax and spending bill and the repeal of "Don't Ask Don't Tell" - while others, such as the DREAM ACT, to help illegal immigrants, were declined. The nation is in a state of moral and financial turmoil and is headed in the wrong direction.
