U.S. President Barack Obama has been in a battle with insurance companies regarding his health care initiatives. He is determined to reform and revamp U.S. health care, but has encountered massive opposition from all sides.

In the above posted video it is stated, "Insurance companies are fighting some of the president's health care provisions." They are actively lobbing against items from said provisions, creating additional problems regarding the President's plans.
