Beleaguered U.S. President, Barack Obama, has come out swinging at rival Republicans, blaming the party for blocking his small business initiatives in Congress. The Republicans contend there is no money to pay for billions in incentives to small businesses and they are telling the truth, as the nation is bankrupt. 

However, once again, the Judiciary Report would like to point out, if the U.S. Congress as a whole, both Democrats and Republicans, stop spying on Americans in violation of the Constitution, billions would be available to aid small business all over the United States. 

The average American is not involved in illegal activity worthy of federal spying. Therefore, the nation's tax dollars are being wasted, by what has become an illegal surveillance state, run by the FBI, CIA, Pentagon and NSA. 

The federal government's need to know everyone's business, does not trump the Constitution and Americans' opportunity to prosper in the business sector, using tax dollars that would go back into the community, via jobs and additional buying, stimulating the economy. This would also increase tax revenues for the U.S. Treasury.
