According to one of U.S. President Barack Obama's advisers, David Brennan, dozens of Americans have been placed on a assassination list and many of them are not terrorists, which raises a number of serious legal questions. 

The true meaning of the announcement is to state, one does not have to be a terrorist to have fallen afoul of the president and be selected for assassination. Once again, this means any person the President and his Administration has written off for whatever reason, may be summarily murdered anywhere in the world. This is a horrible mark of corruption.

This revelation is so un-American and flies in the face of anything venturing to call itself a democracy. It is an abuse of power that can only backfire and lead to disaster. Having such dictatorial policies should automatically negate one, from contributing to legal discussions on the direction of human rights in the world.
