They day after 96,000 classified documents were leaked to the WikiLeaks website, the Obama Administration stated it was not a big deal, as the items were not "top secret" but "secret." 

However, days later they've flip flopped, stating the WikiLeaks, 96,000 page government leak is very serious, as it contains operatives names, U.S. state secrets and national security methods, detailing how the government collects confidential data.

So which is it, Mr. President. The Judiciary Report is of the belief, it is a serious leak that has embarrassed the government and exposed U.S. spies and informants.
