U.S. President, Barack Obama, is being accused of ignoring serious issues concerning America, in favor of having fun playing basketball, speculating on the NCAA (more basketball), going to concerts and golfing. His advisors really should have told him to tone it down and scale back on such activities, especially during a time of war and financial crisis. 

It does not send the right message and has given his critics fodder to use against him on television and in print. So much so, it is the centerpiece of a successful viral campaign against President Obama, launched by Republican rivals and it's working.
