Actor and rapper, Nick Cannon, is physically and mentally ill. He has been in and out of the hospital many times and has been on death's door. He has also been showing the signs of mental illness for years. Now he has knocked up many women. It was recently announced his 12th child is on the way.

Cannon's behavior is very irresponsible. He cannot properly be a father to 12 children in 10 different households around the country. As he is mentally ill, he is not thinking about the consequences of his actions and how it will impact his children.
