The wrongful death lawsuit, Joe Jackson, the dad of late pop star, Michael Jackson, filed against Dr. Conrad Murray, has hit some turbulence, as Judge John Walter, is having difficulty deciding how the case should proceed, charging both sides with violating court rules. 

Regardless of the pre-trial squabbling, the case should proceed. Murray was very negligent in administering excessive amounts of potent pharmaceutical medicines to Jackson, over the course of a few hours. He gave Jackson enough meds to put down a horse. He should be held responsible for said conduct, as should any doctor engaging in such misconduct.
