The news coming out today about the late singer Michael Jackson reveals the excess that was prevalent throughout his life. Jackson earned a lot of money since he was a child and never truly understood the value of it or how to manage his portfolio. He was taken advantage of by industry pariahs, who defrauded him and he too profited from the unscrupulous business practices of companies he was affiliated with, such as Sony, owning half of their catalog of songs. It was revealed today, Jackson owned 4 homes in addition to Neverland, 21 bank accounts and "A fleet of 75 vehicles including nine golf carts, two jet skis and five Rolls Royces."
