Michael Jackson Case Takes Dramatic Turn Fighting Has Commenced Over The Will Jackson Doctors In Trouble July 6. 2009
Michael Jackson
The Michael Jackson case took tumultuous turns
John Branca and Michael Jackson In other news, Jackson's in-house doctor, Conrad Murray is in more hot water tonight. It has been reveled, he is not licensed to practice or dispense medicine in the State of California. Last week, he did acknowledge prescribing medicine for Jackson and the chef saw him wheeling in oxygen tanks as well, meaning he was treating him. According to MTV, he will not deny giving Jackson the potent anesthetic Diprivan AKA Propofol, which only belongs in an operating room, not a private residence. No wonder Murray retained a criminal defense attorney.

Michael Jackson's Doctors Served
With Search Warrants
At least five of those doctors who prescribed medication to Jackson are under investigation, and detectives from the LAPD's robbery-homicide division — who are assisting in the case due to its high-profile nature — executed searches over the past week... To date, police have confirmed that they removed some unnamed prescription drugs from Jackson's rented Beverly Hills-area home, and they emerged from a second search with two bags of medical evidence... A registered nurse who allegedly worked for Jackson has said that Jackson pleaded for Diprivan just days before his death in order to treat his chronic insomnia... The subsequent searches of the rented
home turned up the Diprivan, and while Chernoff denied that his
client gave Jackson the powerful painkillers Demerol and OxyContin
before the singer's death, he reportedly told TMZ, "I have no
statement on whether the Dr. prescribed or administered Propofol.
... We're confident whatever the doctor prescribed did not kill
Michael Jackson."... Michael Jackson Advisors Named Temporary Administrators Of His Estate Mother Katherine Jackson not given co-executor status.
According to TMZ, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled on Monday that the decisions involving the corralling of all of Jackson's assets attorney's fees and settling of claims against his estate will be in the hands of longtime attorney John Branca and music industry veteran John McClain, the two men named as co-executors in the singer's 2002 will. The two were appointed the special administrators of Jackson's estate until the next hearing on the matter on August 3, and were charged with protecting the estate from any immediate losses it might suffer until that time, according to CNN... "Quite frankly, Mrs. Jackson has concerns about handing over the keys to the kingdom," her lawyer, Burt Levitch said. According to CNN, the two sides met for four hours over the weekend but could not reach an "acceptable accommodation" about administering the estate, which is valued at a reported $500 million. Beckloff ruled that any actions the two take to settle claims, modify business relationships and create any new ventures would be subject to court approval and that they have to set up a $1 million bond to insure their work as executors. Katherine Jackson remains the temporary guardian of her son's three children until a July 13 hearing in that matter. Michael Jackson’s Chef Reveals Bombshell About Singer’s Doctor ...Douglas B. Jones was employed as Jackson’s chef shortly before the singer died. His observations about Dr. Conrad Murray, the cardiologist who treated Jackson at the time of his death, bring new and powerful information forward. Investigative sources have confirmed that police found Diprivan (also known as propofol), a power sedative used as an anesthetic, at Jackson’s house. Medical professionals and medical literature clearly state that Diprivan, which is not for home usage, should always be used with oxygen. “I noticed Dr. Murray exiting the kitchen area through the side door to the driveway area carrying a couple of oxygen tanks,” Jones told RadarOnline.com correspondent Rachel Smith. “The oxygen tanks were waist high, from my height. Heavy duty tanks.” Not only did he see Dr. Murray, who was treating Jackson, leave the house with the large oxygen tanks, but Jones also saw more tanks stored on the premises. “There were occasions where I noticed during my term of employment in the security mobile unit that was located in the driveway that there was a few oxygen tanks there as well.” Jones is the first person to come forward and say he saw oxygen tanks at the home. The oxygen coupled with the Diprivan discovery could be a smoking gun in what killed Jackson... But Jackson apparently obtained the drug, because it was found in his house by LA’s Robbery-Homicide division, the lead investigators on the case. New reports say police obtained three search warrants to determine if drugs played a part in Jackson’s death. Five doctors are reportedly under scrutiny and the DEA has joined the investigation... Jones said he had his doubts about Jackson being able to make it through a rigorous concert tour. “He looked thin or slim,” Jones said. “He was talking very slowly and he was moving very slowly. He had the surgical mask on” and he also wore “this shower cap or surgical cap,” that was bluish in color. Jones left Jackson’s employ at the end of May...
