Avenatti’s owed 4-months back rent totaling $213,000. Judge Robert J. Moss ordered the law firm of Eagan Avenatti to vacate the premises by today.

The question is why did Avenatti lease an office that is $50,000 per month in rent. That's expensive for a local firm with average cases. A proud man like Avenatti would not fall behind on rent for his office unless he does not have the funds to cover it. Avenatti has a detailed history of being sued for defrauding people out of millions of dollars and property.

It is one thing to fall into debt, which has happened to many people all over the world, due to unforeseen circumstances or financial struggles that occurred despite their best efforts to pay their debts. However, it is quiet another to steal millions in cash and assets from others as Avenatti has repeatedly done, as attested by his legal record. He should have been disbarred long ago.
