Los Angeles Police Department Sends Three Criminal Investigation Reports To The District Attorney Regarding Harvey Weinstein

The Los Angeles Police Department has completed their criminal investigation into the sex crimes of disgraced movie producer, Harvey Weinstein, who was forced out of his job as CEO of the Weinstein Company. Weinstein has been accused of sexually harassing, sexually assaulting and raping over 100 women in America, Britain and Ireland. He is also under investigation in New York, London and Dublin.

Variety magazine stated, "The LAPD submitted the three cases on Feb. 1. The D.A.’s office can choose to file a case or decline to prosecute, but it may also request additional investigation or refer cases to the city attorney’s office for possible misdemeanor prosecution. The D.A.’s office is also considering two other cases against Weinstein that were submitted by the Beverly Hills Police Department."
