Lindsay Lohan's new attorney, the famed defense lawyer, Robert Shapiro, made a statement yesterday revealing, the fallen Hollywood actress, is headed to jail, as he will not appeal her sentence. She is due to begin her sentence next Tuesday. 

Shapiro stated he wants Lohan to comply with the terms of Judge Marsha Revel's orders, for repeatedly violating her probation. With all the negative publicity Lohan has attracted, the Judiciary Report, did not comprehend how she thought attempting to flee the consequences of her actions, would benefit her in the eyes of the public.
