Former CBS "The Talk" host Julie Chen and her husband,
the network's recently booted CEO, Les Moonves
Les Moonves, the disgraced former CEO of the CBS
network, just lost a lot of money. CBS news did an investigation
into sexual misconduct allegations against Moonves and found 11 of
his accusers to be “credible.” Moonves violated the terms of his
employment conduct and as such will not receive his $120,000,000
severance package.
Moonves was booted from the company this past
September. During the course of the scandal, CBS also discovered
that crooked Moonves interfered with their internal investigation
into his unlawful conduct, which was conducted by company executives
and an external law firm. Mooves was also deceitful and evasive
during the investigation.
Buzz Feed reported, “Moonves was reportedly
interviewed four times, but the lawyers said they found him to be
‘evasive and untruthful,’ according to the New York Times, which
reviewed a draft of the report before it was announced. They also
cited his ‘willful and material misfeasance, violation of company
policies and breach of his employment contract, as well as his
willful failure to cooperate fully with the company’s
investigation.’”

Moonves does not deserve severance package. Now he's not getting
one. The man belongs in prison. He committed sex crimes against
women and engaged in serious financial crimes at CBS that damaged
innocent people.
