Kanye West before going bonkers Rapper and reality star, Kanye "drop kick a photographer" West has been appropriately charged with assaulting a paparazzo on July 19, 2013. Many of you remember the film footage of West throwing a tantrum, demanding the pap stop speaking to him. When he didn't, West charged at the paparazzo and assaulted him, in conduct that is illegal. Kanye, what would little North say. Oh yea, that's right, she can't speak yet. Never mind.
