Judge Throws Out Madonna's Lawsuit And States She Is ‘Harassing' People July 3. 2018
Madonna Pop singer Madonna filed a lawsuit against the owners and board of the apartment building she lives in, because they made new rules and modified her lease, due to the terrible behavior of the washed up, crazy former star and her equally mentally disturbed family. Previously, press articles revealed Madonna, who clearly thinks she is still 17 and acts like she is Arianna Grande's contemporary, despite the fact she is 60-years-old, kept playing loud music and practicing her ridiculous, boring dance routines, apparently for her failed music videos and tours. Madonna's behavior created a noise nuisance for other tenants and they want her gone from the building. Madonna's conduct was also a violation of city noise ordinances. Though Madonna was run out of America last year for threatening to kill President Trump and the occupants of the White House via an explosion, she still maintains the apartment in New York. The apartment board wants Madonna out of the building and have been making new rules for the past 2-years that make it difficult for her to keep the lease. One of the new rules described in the lawsuit is, Madonna’s family and staff are not permitted to stay in the apartment when she is not present. As she now lives abroad, her family and staff are barred from the building. Madonna fought this rule in court via the lawsuit, but the judge threw out the case, as mentioned above. Madonna’s children are also a noise nuisance to neighbors. Madonna’s biological children are drug addicts and alcoholics, just like their mother. Madonna’s daughter was photographed smoking drugs at school when she was 16-years-old. Madonna’s underage daughter was also photographed and videotaped drinking an entire 6-pack of beer during the singer’s awful concert. Madonna’s music and concerts are so terrible that her own daughter unadvisedly got drunk, rather than listen to her mother’s awful voice and watch her weird, awkward dance moves. Madonna’s son was arrested in Britain in 2016, at age 15, for smoking marijuana and disturbing the peace (Madonna's Underage Son Arrested In London On Drug Charge). Madonna’s son does drugs and gets drunk, then goes out engaging in vandalism and noise disturbances. Neighbors became so tired of his disruptive antics and the sight of him getting high in public, they called the police and had him arrested. In short, the New York apartment board does not want Madonna and her children in residence and are trying to force them to leave for the peace and safety of the building. Madonna’s behavior is completely low class. She does not know how to act and is insane to boot. She is so desperate to be the center of attention that she does stupid things that gets her into trouble and public disfavor. After the judge threw out Madonna’s lawsuit against the apartment board, she had her lawyer file more paperwork, crazily demanding to know the names of the people in the building and on the board, who voted against her lease and modified it. The judge, sensing Madonna’s behavior is a precursor to criminal retaliation over her lease, formally rejected her request. According to the New York Post, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Gerald Lebovits, again threw out Madonna's claim and stated in his ruling on Friday, "Plaintiff does not need those materials anymore to prove a case that, by law, she is no longer allowed to prove." The judge further stated Madonna is "harassing" the board and tenants of the building. Madonna demanding to know the names of the board members and tenants who voted against her and changed her lease, is a precursor to acts of revenge and harassment by the lunatic. Madonna has a history of criminally harassing and terrorizing people, directly and indirectly through unlawful commissioned acts. Madonna harassed one director to death. Literally. He had a heart attack and died under the sustain harassment campaign. Madonna was angry that the movie he directed her in "The Next Best Thing" flopped (well, that's because she can't act). Madonna insanely bombarded the director with a massive amount of abusive faxes, phone calls and letters. Madonna also tracked him down and publicly confronted him with abusive speech. He blamed her at the hospital for the heart attack that killed him less than a week later. Madonna is a disgusting human being. Madonna has also stalked and terrorized men she dated (Dennis Rodman and Sean Penn) angry that they ditched her for other women. She had private investigators follow them all over the place and send her reports of their movements and phone calls, which is illegal. Then, Madonna began showing up at hotels they would stay with other women. In one noted case, Rodman was with girlfriend, Carmen Elektra, whom he later married. Madonna called Rodman's hotel room screaming down the phone "I'm ovulating." He ignored her and had sex with Elektra instead. Madonna also stalked and terrorized men who would not date her. There is a case in Miami filed by a man named DeCastro. He is married, didn't find her attractive, rebuffed her and she became vengeful. Madonna sent gay men on Miami Beach to follow him and his family around and harass them in public on different occasions, in what is criminal conduct known as aggravated harassment and aggravated stalking. DeCastro and his wife reported being pushed around and taunted by big gay men in acts of harassment. He sent the case to the district attorney, but stated Madonna bribed someone to corrupt the case and not bring charges (much like she was outed for bribing judges in America with stocks, a judge in Malawi with money over an illegal adoption and journalists with cash and gifts to write glowing reviews about her crappy music).
