New York Judge James Burke ruled against disgraced Hollywood movie producer and rapist, Harvey Weinstein, in refusing to permit his bail to remain at $1,000,000, after he was caught tampering with his electronic GPS ankle monitor 56 times.

The terms of Weinstein’s bail dictated he must wear the ankle bracelet at all times, in lieu of being remanded to jail while on trial. Weinstein, who for years has behaved as though the law and rules of society do not apply to him, repeatedly tampered with the ankle monitor, to hide his whereabouts from the police and courts.

Prosecutor Joan Illuzzi informed the court that Weinstein left his house on numerous occasions and deliberately left a piece of the ankle monitoring technology at home, which keeps the unit reporting the criminal’s movements to the government’s computer systems.

As Weinstein is a flight risk, due to liquidating millions in assets and having access to private jets and yachts that can smuggle him out of the country to evade justice, Judge Burke raised his bail to $5,000,000. However, he refused the prosecution’s request to remand Weinstein to jail during trial. Judge Burke stated, “If you have any further medical issues, the court will not be terribly understanding.”

Speaking of medical issues, on Monday I accused Weinstein of putting on act in court last week, pretending to be completely feeble and weak, in trying to dodge accountability for his crimes (Government Hauls Harvey Weinstein Back Into Criminal Court For Illegally Tampering With His GPS Ankle Monitor 56 Times While On Bail).

The next day Weinstein’s lawyer, Donna Rotunno, who is a woman that decided to take his case for a large sum of money, stated of the claim he is faking being feeble, “I was dismayed to see all the press coverage incorrectly stating that Mr. Weinstein was trying to garner sympathy at his court appearance. Prior to entering the court, he wanted to leave the walker in the car, so it did not appear that he was looking for sympathy as he is not. The press surrounding his physical condition is mean spirited and false.”

Oh really now. Before the suspicious August 2018 car accident, where Weinstein mysteriously crashed into a tree, he went out wearing a black shirt with the word Jesus written on it and had a very pronounced, fake limp. Weinstein is not a Christian, but was using the name of Jesus for public sympathy, in behavior that is extremely insincere.

Furthermore, Weinstein, who is affiliated with organized crime figures in the Italian mafia (just like his deranged partner in crime at the Kabbalah cult, the psychotic and sick washed up pop singer Madonna) is engaging in the same behavior Mafiosos have done when faced with court. They are all of a sudden feeble and weak, while walking into and out of court, in trying to elicit sympathy from the judge and jury. They do the crime, but never want to do the time.

Last week, I watched a “Nightline” television interview featuring Rotunno and she is the biggest sell out I have ever seen. She repeatedly tried to excuse the inexcusable regarding Weinstein’s behavior. It was pathetic. Rotunno is a disgrace to women. She keeps giving interviews making repeated attempts at excusing his sick behavior, while betraying the rights of women everywhere.

Weinstein’s trial begins January 6, 2020. It can give his victims a chance to tell their side of the story and hopefully provide some closure. It is also an opportunity for the jury to bring Weinstein to justice for the horrible crimes he has committed against many people.

Updated: December 10, 2019 - Movie mogul Harvey Weinstein is to undergo back surgery. The disgraced producer was clearly pained as he struggled to walk down steps following his latest court appearance last week and now his lawyer has revealed Weinstein needs an operation to correct an injury sustained from a car accident in August.

Attorney Donna Rotunno, who claims her client is using a walker to assist him, has lashed out at the media for suggesting Weinstein is hobbling to gain sympathy ahead of his upcoming sexual abuse trial. “I was dismayed to see all the press coverage incorrectly stating that Mr. Weinstein was trying to garner sympathy at his court appearance,” she says in a statement obtained by TMZ.
