Judge Denies Chris Brown's Motion Again

This Judge Does Not Like Chris Brown

June 10. 2009

Rihanna was at the Lakers basketball game, drinking beer and getting tipsy.

The female judge in the Chris Brown case, Patricia Schnegg, shut down another motion his lawyer, Mark Geragos, presented in court, which was a bid to delay the case and ultimately have it dismissed. The appeals court has now denied it as well. Previously, she denied his request for access to LAPD evidence, regarding a leaked Rihanna abuse photo.

The judge gave no explanation for her recent decision, which means she has none. Therefore, the scheduled June 22, 2009 court date, where Rihanna and her rooster hairdo are ordered to appear, still stands.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg last month rejected a bid by Geragos to get access to police records that the attorney argued were crucial to the hearing. Geragos' appeal states that a state Supreme Court case currently under consideration could affect Brown's access to the records and he was seeking a delay on those grounds...
