Joe Biden And Son Hunter Biden’s Criminal
Conduct Exposed In Pay For Play Scandal Regarding Leaked Items From
LaptopOctober 16. 2020
The New York Post did a very damaging exposé on
Hunter Biden
Hunter Biden, 50, the son of former U.S. Vice President
and current presidential candidate, Joe Biden, 78, is in the middle of a
political scandal. It is alleged that while in an inebriated state, Hunter took his
laptop to a computer repair shop. He signed a repair document that
contained a stipulation stating, if he did not return for the laptop
within 90-days, it would become the property of the merchant.
Biden allegedly failed to return for the laptop within
90-days. The computer repair shop owner, realizing who it belongs to
and its contents, turned the unit over to the FBI, after making a
copy of its hard drive.
Based on published reports Rudy Giuliani, former New York mayor and current
attorney to U.S. President Donald Trump, either obtained the laptop
from the FBI or bought the copied contents from the computer repair shop owner. Giuliani turned over the contents of the
laptop to the New York Post, who published very damaging items from it.
The laptop contained sensitive photos, such as
Hunter doing hard drugs. He appears to be smoking crack cocaine or
meth in one photo. The contents of the hard drive also contained videos and photos of
Hunter having sex with a female.
The laptop further contained many
sensitive emails regarding government business. The emails exposed
the fact Hunter has been engaging in pay-for-play schemes, by selling
foreigners and foreign corporations access to his dad, Joe. Hunter
has made millions engaging in
this unlawful behavior.
For example, Hunter demanded Chinese
billionaire, Ye Jianming (chairman of CEFC China Energy Co.) pay $10,000,000
annually for access to his dad. Hunter also made $50,000
per month from Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian natural gas
company, for access to his dad. These are violations of
the Hatch Act.
I'm not a fan of the Biden family at
all,
due to the unconscionable abuses me, my family
and friends suffered during the Obama administration,
but I'm a fair-minded person. As such I must state, there are image rights issues
regarding disclosing and publishing the contents of Hunter's laptop,
which contained photos of him in compromising
situations.
I must state this development is ironic
as the Obama administration kept illegally, perversely
and secretly spying on people in their computers, email
boxes and homes, among other places. This development
with Hunter is now an ugly case of , "you reap what you
sow" that it has begun happening back to them and their
families. However, it
was unlawful and immoral for the New York Post to publish said private
photos from the laptop.
Hunter Biden doing hard drugs
There are sticky legal issues in this matter. For example, if one
bought a laptop that contained a digital copy of a preexisting
copyrighted book or film, that does not make the book or film your
property to disseminate or reproduce in any manner you wish.
Under international
law a copyright is established the moment an item is authored,
whether it be a book, photograph or video. Posting photos of Hunter
in his bed with drug paraphernalia as he slept, is a violation of
his image rights and international copyright of said photos.
Any emails found on the laptop that contain illegal
activity can be investigated and prosecuted. Hunter’s unlawful
schemes could be legitimately investigated by the government and a
determination made regarding whether to bring criminal charges, as
he has been enriching himself to the tune of millions by selling
access to his dad.
Some are now stating Hunter was not the one who
dropped off the laptop at the repair shop. This could give rise to
formal complaints of theft of property and invasion of privacy. This
is a messy situation. However, Giuliani contends the laptop was lawfully purchased
and the dissemination of its contents is revenge for the Democrats
stealing and leaking President Trump's tax returns.
Side Bar: Joe Biden needs
to get his severely drug addicted son some help or he's
going to die young.

Rudy Giuliani Changes Laptop Story, Now Claims
Hunter Biden Left It at Store
By Charlie NashOct 15th, 2020, 2:17 pm -
President Donald Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani
changed the story of how Hunter Biden’s laptop was
acquired on SiriusXM Patriot’s The David Webb Show,
Thursday.
“The process was that the laptop was
left by Hunter Biden, in an inebriated… heavily
inebriated state with the merchant,” claimed Giuliani on
the show. “The merchant fixed the laptop, tried to reach
Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden never came back for it.”
“The document that I have signed by
Hunter Biden says that after 90 days the hard drive is
abandoned and it becomes the property of the merchant.
Sometime after it became his property, he became very
suspicious that maybe he had evidence of a crime sitting
in his office,” he went on. “So he listened to it and he
found that he did.”
Giuliani declared, “He had legal
possession of it. He legally turned it over to the FBI,
and then he legally turned it over to my lawyer. It’s
now his property. He can do what he wants with it. Now,
why are they so sensitive about this? When they were
more than willing to publish stolen tax returns — not
legally obtained — stolen tax returns on the President
of the United States.”...

consultant says that a 10% stake in an unnamed company
will go to “the big guy?” Hunter Biden hooked up with
the billionaire, Ye Jianming, chairman of the CEFC China
Energy Co. conglomerate, during his father’s vice
presidency.
The emails were first reported by the
New York Post on Thursday. The newspaper obtained a
cache of messages, documents and photos from a MacBrook
