Janet Jackson's Estranged Husband Branded ‘Aggressive’ By The Nanny Of Their 1-Year-Old Son Prompting Call To Police

June 6. 2018

Wissam AL Mana and Janet Jackson prior to separation and divorce filing

52-year-old pop singer Janet Jackson telephoned police in Los Angeles, after a call from her nanny, indicating estranged husband Wissam Al Mana, was being “aggressive” in the presence of their 1-year-old Eissa. The nanny became afraid and locked herself in the bathroom to make the telephone call.

Jackson asked the police to carry out a welfare check on Eissa in Malibu. The Daily Mail stated police who responded to the call “determined the baby was not in danger.” The couple are going through a very messy divorce, where custody is an issue. Al Mana lives in Qatar in the Middle East and London. Jackson has returned to Los Angeles. People associated with Jackson fear Al Mana will take the little boy to Qatar and raise him there, which is permitted under the laws of the nation. Jackson would have no say, as father's are given priority.

Janet Jackson calls the cops to check on her one-year-old son while he was staying with his father 'after a nanny tipped her off that he was being aggressive'

Published: 01:46 EDT, 4 June 2018 | Updated: 01:57 EDT, 4 June 2018 - Police were called to a California hotel late Saturday when they carried out a welfare check on Janet Jackson's one-year-old son. A worried Jackson phoned police in Malibu County and expressed her concern over her baby, Eissa, who was under care of her estranged husband, Wissam Al Mana, at the Nobu Hotel, Entertainment Tonight reported.

The couple's nanny, who was also at the hotel, informed the singer that Al Mana had been behaving aggressively and said she was unsure about the child's safety. In a statement to ET, Jackson's brother, Randy Jackson, said the nanny even 'locked herself in a bathroom so she could contact Janet.' During the welfare check, police concluded that the child was not in danger and later departed the hotel. Further information may be released this week.
