Influencer Who Only Ate Fruits
And Refused To Drink Water For Years Died Of
Malnutrition But There Is A Better Way To Be
Healthy

Zhanna Samsonova
39-year-old Russian blogger,
Zhanna Samsonova, who had pages on Instagram and Tik
Tok, has died after only eating raw fruits for
several years. Samsonova did not consume any water
for 6-years, opting to only drink fruit and
vegetable juice. According to reports she died of, "Malnutrition,
exhaustion and infections."
Samsonova stated, "I eat simple
foods, although I have a lot of experience as a raw
food chef. I love creating my own recipes and
inspiring people to eat healthier." Samsonova was an
influencer who wrote about her diet on a regular
basis. It is my hope that people who read her words
do not follow her advice on nutrition, as her death
is tragic and was preventable.
Be careful listening to influencers
on matters of medicine and science (unless they are
trained in the medical or science fields). Please
see a licensed medical doctor before taking on any
diet. Extreme dieting is not good. It can kill or
cause organ damage that negatively impacts your
quality of life. Talk to your doctor about what is
best for your health profile when choosing a diet
regimen. They can give you advice and medically approved
literature.
In general, lean proteins such as
chicken and fish are good (avoid cooking them in canola
oil, instead use olive oil or peanut oil). Fruits and
vegetables are also good. Buy organic when you can and wash your
produce properly. It is important to drink water
every day, as it hydrates the body and cleanses
the system. Do not let anyone tell you that you
do not need to drink water. That is dangerous
advice, as dehydration can kill. Water is one of the
building blocks of life. We are made of water. We
are surrounded by water. We need water.
You need nutrients to build up your
immune system. Therefore, I advise drinking a cup of green
tea each day (put a tea bag in the mug then poor hot
water on it, then let it seep before drinking it). You can add a splash of real
lemon juice to it (squeeze the juice of half a lemon
into the mug after the green tea has sufficiently
seeped).
In the
mornings it is also beneficial to drink a cup of warm
to hot water (not too hot that you burn yourself)
with lemon juice from a real lemon squeezed in it
(the juice of half of a lemon). Scientific studies have
proven the effectiveness of green tea. Scientific
studies have also proven the effectiveness of
consuming vitamin C in the form of lemons and
oranges. These two items greatly help to fortify the
immune system.
Be careful of diets that advise high
red meat and fat consumption (Atkins) as they can
cause you to lose weight, but they will greatly
damage your arteries and give you serious cardiac
problems. They can clog your arteries, leading to
heart attacks and strokes (even fatal).

diet dies aged 39 'of malnutrition'

- A social media influencer who extolled the virtues
of a vegan diet of raw tropical fruit has died,
reportedly of malnutrition, exhaustion and
infections. Zhanna Samsonova, a Russian blogger who
regularly posted about her extreme diet of raw
tropical fruit on Instagram and TikTok, was living
and working in south-east Asia. The 39-year-old
claimed she had not drank water for six years,
drinking fruit and vegetable juices instead.
She regularly spoke of taking pride
in the fact that people could not believe she was
approaching her 40th birthday. “I eat simple food,
although I have a lot of experience as a raw food
chef,” she wrote on social media. “I love creating
my own recipes and inspiring people to eat
healthier.” She boasted of eating no salt, oil or
protein and insisted that she never caught a cold.
But her extreme dietary regime gradually began to
take its toll and she died on July 21 in Malaysia...
