Hollywood Actress Files Restraining Order Against Stormy Daniels Attorney Michael Avenatti For Beating Her Up

Estonian actress, Mareli Miniutti, 20, has filed a restraining order against disgraced lawyer, Michael Avenatti, 47, who represented porn star and stripper, Stormy Daniels, in a failed lawsuit against U.S. President Donald Trump. Miniutti, who appeared in the movies "Ocean's Eight" "Chuck" and "How To Be Single" has been having sex with Avenatti.

Last week the two got into a massive fight and Avenatti beat up Miniutti in his Los Angeles condominium. Building security and other bystanders saw Miniutti crying on the sidewalk with a bruised and swollen face, injuries she sustained from the beating. Avenatti had also thrown her out of his condo. She was heard screaming into her phone at Avenatti regarding the fight.

Miniutti went to a local police station and filed a complaint against Avenatti. Due to the nature of the case police gave her a restraining order, which bars Avenatti from contacting her. Shortly after, Avenatti was arrested on felony domestic violence charges. He posted $50,000 bail. Avenatti incriminatingly stated "she hit me first" when building security tried to keep him away from her.

Avenatti, who has been pursuing fame and fortune in Hollywood and Washington, by making false allegations against high profile political and judicial figures, left his wife last year and began an affair with Miniutti. During his marriage to wife Lisa Avenatti, she accused him of having sex with porn stars. She also referred to him as "abusive."

So to recap, the same things Avenatti has accused Trump and others of, he himself has been doing. It takes a special kind of hypocrite and liar to do such a thing. When most people engage in unethical behavior, they have enough shame to not condemn others for doing the same. Not Avenatti.

We now know that to be false. The woman involved in that incident is 20-year-old actress Mareli Miniutti, who just filed a domestic violence restraining order against Avenatti, The Blast reported.
